Did you know that Handball is the #1 sport when considering cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and balance by the President's Council on Physical Fitness & Sports?

Did you know that Handball is an excellent cross-training sport for other sports and activities. You will enhance your agility, speed, quickness, reaction time, coordination and endurance while having fun!

You develop both sides of the body and brain since the athlete will be trained to hit the ball with both hands!

When you take this nine weekly session you'll learn basic strokes, serving, return serves, back-wall and hitting on the fly. More advanced strategies will be added as players develop. Plus all equipment is provided!

Teen Nights

Calling all 7-9 th graders! Hook up with your friends! If you're looking for something fun to do come to YMCA Teen Night. Music, Dancing, Games, Food, Special Activities....or just hang out with your friends!

Cost is $5.00 per night

You don't have to be a YMCA member to come....but you must have a signed permision slip from your parents.
