Did you know that handball is the #1 sport when considering cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and balance according to the President's Council on Physical Fitness & Sports?

Did you know that handball is an excellent cross-training sport for other sports and activities? It's a way to enhance your agility, speed, quickness, reaction time, coordination and endurance while having fun.

When you take this course of nine weekly sessions you'll learn basic strokes, serving, return serves, back-wall and hitting on the fly. More advanced strategies will be added as players develop. All equipment is provided.

Teen Nights

Calling all 7-9 th graders! If you're looking for something fun to do come to YMCA Teen Night. It's filled with music, dancing, games, food, special activities and the best part: hanging out with your friends.

Cost is $5.00 per night

You don't have to be a YMCA member to come....but you must have a signed permision slip from your parents.
